Thai Green Chicken Curry. The recipe we used was passed on to us by the original Chef who established our café. He believed that using soft veggies (sweet potato, zucchini, and pumpkin) within the sauce gives the paste a creamy thicker texture and enhances its appeal and flavour. Regulars tend to agree.

I had a coffee at the Bank Cafe, Southport today. One of the best I've had in a long time - as a fussy drinker of coffee I have had many disappointments. The Bank Cafe has come up trumps with great coffee, friendly service and inviting atmosphere. Definitely my go to coffee shop now.
My favourite food at the Bank Cafe is the Chicken Toastie with cheese, bacon, avo and mayo. Delicious food,and fast and friendly service from Mark and the team. I eat there every week when I attend TAFE.
